Free keys stop at their included units until the next calendar month (UTC): calls answer 429 quota_exceeded.
Can I cache and store results?
Yes, inside your own product. Every source we use allows commercial redistribution; attribution notices are in meta.sources. See the terms.
Is this a safety assessment?
No. It is a reference check from the published rule texts. A Responsible Person or safety assessor must still sign off every product.
